Victorious Prestige Wellness & Advocacy Services is a special-needs and disability-informed health model (MAPS pending) dedicated to meeting individuals and families where they are. Led by a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, the practice provides traditional insurance-accepted primary care alongside functional, preventive, and supportive services tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and lived experience.

Care extends beyond the clinic through wellness programming, health education, and personalized advocacy, with house calls available for disabled individuals throughout Northwest Indiana, telehealth across the state and beyond, and in-person visits in Valparaiso, Indiana — creating a flexible, accessible hybrid model of care.

Women’s health is also prioritized as an underserved area, with focused support for perimenopause and menopause to protect long-term vitality, especially for parents and caregivers of children with disabilities. By integrating medical care with advocacy and accessibility, the practice aims to remove barriers and empower individuals and families to achieve optimal health and quality of life.
